Yoga tips to help with brain fog and anxiety in menopause and midlife

Meet Michelle

Hello!

Are you looking for a class to help you overcome stress or anxiety?  Or maybe you are looking to work on your flexibility?

Charlotte began coming to my classes back in 2019, as a complete beginner.  When she first started practising with me, she could hardly balance on one leg.  However, her determination and enthusiasm kept her coming back to classes week after week.

Now,  she still loves coming to classes, owns different mats, and isn’t shy to try new poses. Her balances and flexibility have progressed enormously.  She’s gone from barely being able to hold tree pose, to now confidently holding a Bird of Paradise pose

What makes my classes unique from other yoga classes?  Simply put, my classes are:

  • Fun! We have a laugh in the class.

  • I teach you step by step how to access each pose. They are accessible to everyone! I give plenty of options in a pose so that everyone can do something. Most of my clients started off with me as beginners, and continue to come to me still, years later.

  • They aren’t just a physical practice.  I teach breathwork and meditation in the classes, and you leave feeling more soothed in your heart and soul.

  • I individualise everyone's experience.  In fact, I've had someone fall asleep in my class and they were happy that I just let them rest.  It was what they needed at the time.

  • When you start coming to my classes you are joining a part of a community.  The participants in my classes become friends; we go for coffee together; we enjoy other activities together that are sometimes led by other teachers (such as Sound Baths).  You have the option to join our WhatsApp group, and you receive discounts from me for other yoga products.

Here’s what Charlotte has to say about her experience:

You have ignited a massive passion for yoga in me. You are inspiring and creative. You encourage and help people grow.

Namaste!

Michelle thank you so much for arranging and organising another very special time for us all. You really do go above and beyond to nurture our souls.
How precious to spend time with such a lovely bunch of ladies.

Lindsey P [Norfolk Retreat 2024]

It [the class] just showed how important it is to make time for ourselves and the class is a perfect opportunity to do that. Great to share experiences with other women of a certain age. We are not alone and this class is a perfect opportunity to feel supported and to support others. Thank you. X

Sandra T

I love the way you see the individuality of each one of us and teach them accordingly. You are like a chameleon yoga teacher that adapts to different situations.
